What is a virtual mobile number?
It’s a Colombian mobile number, the kind that starts with 3, that doesn’t live inside a phone but in the cloud. Your customers dial it like any mobile number, but the call doesn’t go to just one person: it reaches your phone system, your call center, your sales team or an AI agent, depending on how you set it up.
The big difference from a regular line is that it’s never busy. A regular mobile line handles one call at a time and everyone else hears “busy.” With us, the same number can take two, ten or hundreds of calls at the same time, and each one finds someone to answer it.
Because we’ve been a mobile virtual network operator since 2020, partnered with Suma Móvil, the number is ours and the network is ours: no middlemen. What is a virtual mobile number for businesses?
It’s a Colombian mobile number (+57 3xx) that runs in the cloud. Your customers dial it like any mobile number and the call reaches your phone system, your call center or your AI agent, not a single phone.
How many calls can the same number take at once?
As many as you need: from two to hundreds. One of our customers handles up to 400 simultaneous calls on a single mobile number. You start with what you need and grow whenever you want.
Can I keep the number I already have?
Yes. We handle porting with your current carrier. You send us the signed letter, the carrier’s invoice or certificate, the holder’s ID, the tax ID (RUT) and the chamber of commerce certificate, and we do the rest. The number doesn’t change.
Do I need to buy hardware or install anything?
No. The number and the phone system live in the cloud. Your team can answer from IP phones, a computer, a mobile phone or the browser.
Can the same number be used for WhatsApp?
Yes. You can use the same number for calls and for WhatsApp Business, so your customers have one way to reach you.
