Presence in another city
A Bogotá company opens a 604 landline so its Medellín customers can call a local number.
+57 3xx mobile numbers and landline numbers in any city, ringing wherever you want and handling many calls at the same time.

Let me explainA Colombian mobile or landline number that takes many calls at once, straight from the carrier.
A virtual number is a regular phone number that your customers dial like any other, but it isn’t tied to a SIM card or a device. It rings in an app, on a computer, on your switchboard or in your call center. At 19 80 TIC Cloud we don’t resell third-party numbers: we’ve been a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) in Colombia since 2020, partnered with Suma Móvil, and we provide the numbers ourselves.
You can have a +57 3xx mobile number or a landline from any city you need: 601 for Bogotá, 604 for Medellín and Antioquia, 602 for Cali and Valle, 605 for Barranquilla and the coast, among others. Since 2021 all Colombian landlines are dialed with 10 digits, so a 601 number looks local and professional. If you already have a number your customers know, you bring it over by porting and lose nothing.
The difference from a regular line is capacity: a single number can take 2 to hundreds of simultaneous calls without giving a busy signal. It works nationwide, since all you need to answer is internet. And on the mobile number you can also turn on WhatsApp, so your customers call and message you on the same number, without saving two contacts or wondering which is your company’s official channel.

A single +57 3xx mobile published in your ads takes every prospect at the same time.
Calls to the company number ring on the mobiles of agents in different cities.
With number porting, the number on your invoices and notices gets all the benefits of the cloud.
The virtual mobile number is also your official WhatsApp, so customers don’t have to save two contacts.
For example, a cleaning supplies distributor based in Bogotá starts selling in Barranquilla and Cartagena. It gets a 605 landline number and puts it on its flyers on the coast, while keeping its usual +57 3xx mobile number, which it brought over with number porting. One Tuesday, the 605 number gets five calls almost at once after a sales visit; none get a busy signal, because they enter a queue and ring for free agents, some in Bogotá and one working from Barranquilla. The coastal customer feels they’re calling a local company.
Have local numbers in the cities where you sell, without opening offices or installing physical lines.
Publish a number that’s never busy and stop losing customers to calls that didn’t get through.
Manages all numbers from one platform and connects them to the phone system already in use.

Yes. You can have a 601, 604, 602, 605 or other area code number even if your team is in another city. Since 2021 they’re all dialed with 10 digits.
Yes, with number porting you bring your mobile number from another carrier and it stays the same for your customers. We help you with the process.
It depends on the plan: from 2 to hundreds of simultaneous calls on the same number. It scales up when your business needs it.
Because the numbers and support come directly from the company that runs the service, an MVNO partnered with Suma Móvil since 2020. You don’t depend on a chain of resellers when something goes wrong.
